The NuniQ M Plus Line is designed by GAON Company (Korea) for aquascapers who want the M Line’s full-spectrum RGB performance plus WiFi app control — brightness adjustment and on/off scheduling from your phone, without a separate timer or smart plug. Choosing the Right Light Level

• Low-light plants (Anubias, Java Fern, most Cryptocoryne, Bucephalandra) do well with the M Plus dimmed down.
• Medium-light plants (Amazon Sword, Vallisneria, many stem plants) are a strong match at moderate brightness.
• High-light carpeting plants (Monte Carlo, Dwarf Hairgrass, HC Cuba) and demanding stems (Rotala, Ludwigia) benefit from the M Plus’s higher output at full brightness, especially on the 90/120 models.

What’s in the Box

NuniQ 120M Plus fixture, mounting hardware, power adapter and cord, and the manual. Sold as a single unit — this is the 120 cm model, so one covers the tank on its own.

Setup & Use

Mount the fixture over the centre line of the tank, then pair it to the NuniQ app over WiFi. Brightness and scheduling run from the phone, so no separate timer or smart plug is needed.

Build the photoperiod up rather than starting at full output. On a new scape, six hours at a low setting for the first fortnight, rising toward eight as the plants root, gives algae far less opportunity than running a 150 W fixture at 100% from day one.

The aluminium body is passively cooled, so leave air space above it and do not sit it flush inside a closed hood.

Compatibility

Planted freshwater aquariums about 120 cm long. This is the largest of the four M Plus sizes — the 30M, 60M and 90M Plus cover shorter tanks.

At 150 W and 7,326 lumens this is a high-light fixture. Carpeting plants and demanding red stems are what it is for; medium-light plants do well with it dimmed through the app, and low-light plants will thrive under it but do not need this much fixture.

High light without matching CO₂ and fertilisation grows algae rather than plants. If you are not injecting CO₂, run this one well below full output.

Safety & Precautions

The fixture is not submersible. Keep the adapter dry and above the water line, and leave a drip loop in the cord.

At 150 W this is a bright fixture — do not look directly into the array at high output. Leave air space above it so it can shed heat, and do not cover it.

Warranty & Support

This product carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase, covering material and manufacturing defects.

Warranty support is handled by us directly. Message our WhatsApp support with your order number and we will diagnose the fault first — most cases are solved by replacing a single part, so you rarely need to send the whole unit. If the item does need to come back, it ships to our Delhi or Pune warehouse, whichever one served your order, and courier cost in both directions is borne by the customer. Your GST invoice is valid proof of purchase for the claim.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number — or email us, if you would rather — and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
