Tell us which fountain you have before you order. Half a centimetre either way is the difference between a top that seats and one that does not, and the two part numbers look alike on a shelf.

What’s in the Box

One stainless steel top cover for a Catit PIXI fountain, and nothing else. This is the top cover only: no reservoir, no bowl, no pump, no filter. It replaces the standard plastic cover on a fountain you already own.

Catit’s two stated reasons for buying one: as an upgrade, to put a steel drinking surface on a pink, blue or green PIXI fountain; or as a spare, so the fountain keeps running while the other top is in the dishwasher.

Safety & Precautions

Catit publish no safety panel for this product. Their product pages carry specifications and features and then point at a Help & Advice section; there is no warnings list for us to reproduce. What follows is our own guidance, and we are labelling it as ours rather than passing it off as the manufacturer’s.

Unplug the fountain before you swap the top. The cover comes off a live appliance sitting in water. Pull the power first.

Check the seating all the way round. A top that is not fully home lets water find its way over the edge instead of back into the reservoir, and the puddle ends up under the adapter.

Dishwasher-safe means the steel top, not the fountain. Take it off and wash it on its own; the reservoir, bowl and pump stay at the sink.

Warranty & Support

This product is covered by warranty as per the manufacturer policy, against material and manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

Warranty support is handled by us directly. Message our WhatsApp support with your order number and we will diagnose the fault first. Most cases are solved by replacing a single part, so you rarely need to send the whole unit. If the item does need to come back, it ships to our Delhi or Pune warehouse, whichever one served your order, and courier cost in both directions is borne by the customer. Your GST invoice is valid proof of purchase for the claim.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or email us if you would rather, and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 48 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
