Description
The Fluval Plant 3.0 is a planted-tank LED with independent control of each colour channel, driven from the free FluvalSmart app over Bluetooth. This is the 46 W model, which Fluval size for aquariums 36 to 46 inches (91 to 115 cm) long — the mounting brackets extend across that span.
Six separate band waves make up the spectrum, so you set colour rather than just brightness, and the 24-hour cycle is programmable as a gradual ramp through sunrise, midday, sunset and night rather than a hard on/off. Fluval give the unit an IP67 waterproof rating.

Setup & Use
Extend the brackets to sit on the rim of the aquarium, then pair the unit in the FluvalSmart app before you set any schedule. Build the day as a ramp rather than a step: a gradual sunrise and sunset is easier on fish than a light that snaps on at full output, and it is what the 24-hour cycle is designed around.
Use the PAR figures above to choose an intensity rather than guessing. PAR falls steeply with depth — on this model it drops from 470 at 3 inches to 112 at 12 inches — so a deep tank needs a higher setting at the surface to put usable light on a foreground carpet, and a shallow tank run at full output is the usual reason a new planted setup grows algae.
Warranty & Support
This product carries a 3-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship, which Fluval extends to 5 years free of charge if you register the product.
Warranty support is handled by us directly. Message our WhatsApp support with your order number and we will diagnose the fault first. Most cases are solved by replacing a single part, so you rarely need to send the whole unit. If the item does need to come back, it ships to our Delhi or Pune warehouse, whichever one served your order, and courier cost in both directions is borne by the customer. Your GST invoice is valid proof of purchase for the claim.
Returns & Replacement
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or email us if you would rather, and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 48 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
