Compatibility

What it is. The Fluval T5 Quad Lamp Fixture is a 4-bulb T5 HO (High Output) fluorescent unit: the ballast and housing only; bulbs are sold separately, as the fixture’s own "Required Bulbs" line above already states. It sits alongside Fluval’s newer LED ranges as the older, higher-output option built for the light demand of reef tanks and advanced planted setups.

Bulb sizing for this length. This 24″ fixture takes 4 × 24 W T5 HO bulbs (22″/55cm). Fluval sells the fixture across several lengths, and the required bulb wattage scales with fixture length across the range, so a bulb bought for a different-length fixture will not be the right size for this one.

Setup & Use

Mixing spectrums. T5 HO’s thin 5/8″ tube diameter is what lets four bulbs fit in one fixture; because each of the four slots runs independently, they can be loaded with different bulb spectrums (for example a full-daylight bulb alongside an actinic or a deep-blue night bulb) rather than requiring four identical tubes.

Night viewing. The fixture’s own built-in blue night LEDs (4 of them, per the features listed above) run independently of the main T5 bulbs, for a moonlight effect without needing to power the fluorescent tubes at low brightness.

Mounting. Extendable mounting brackets adjust to fit a range of aquarium widths around this fixture’s own footprint, rather than requiring an exact-width tank.

Warranty & Support

This product carries a 3-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship, which Fluval extends to 5 years free of charge if you register the product.

Warranty support is handled by us directly. Message our WhatsApp support with your order number and we will diagnose the fault first. Most cases are solved by replacing a single part, so you rarely need to send the whole unit. If the item does need to come back, it ships to our Delhi or Pune warehouse, whichever one served your order, and courier cost in both directions is borne by the customer. Your GST invoice is valid proof of purchase for the claim.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or email us if you would rather, and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 48 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
