ISTA Twin Gauge CO2 Controller (Face-Side)

This ISTA Twin Gauge CO2 Controller pairs a German-made solenoid and precision needle valve for stable, accurate, rust-resistant CO2 delivery.

• Dual gauge indicators show different pressure volume, one indicate the pressure inside the bottle, and the other one shows the depressurize power.

• Thread the controller tightly on the CO2 cylinder; turn on the cylinder on-off valve. Make sure to thread controller tightly with the cylinder, no CO2 leakage.
• Unscrew the lid of Metal Bubble Counter and pour in 80% full of water. Screw back tightly the bubble counter lid and connect the air pipe on it.
• Connect the controller with ISTA timer, which allows you to control the time of CO2 output.
• To disassemble the controller, first, turn off the cylinder on-off valve tightly. Second, plug in the controller and turn on the adjustment valve in order to release the remaining CO2 inside. The controller can be disassembled from the cylinder until the pressure gauge shows zero.
• ISTA 2 in 1 Metal Bubble Counter & Check Valve attahced, easier observation of CO2 flow and effectively present backflow.

<Cautions>

• Do not let controller get in touch with water, crash and fall down to the floor. Make sure the controller is set up straight.
• Do not use wrench or tools to disassemble the controller.
• Do not disassemble the controller from CO2 cylinder until the pressure gauge shows zero.

Compatibility

Fits face-side CO₂ cylinders — the ones with the valve on the side of the head rather than on top. It hand-tightens, so no tools are needed and none should be used.

The solenoid is mains-powered and is intended to be run through a timer, so CO₂ comes on before lights-on and off before lights-out. It works equally with a pH controller.

Warranty & Support

This product is covered by warranty as per the manufacturer policy, against material and manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

Warranty support is handled by us directly. Message our WhatsApp support with your order number and we will diagnose the fault first — most cases are solved by replacing a single part, so you rarely need to send the whole unit. If the item does need to come back, it ships to our Delhi or Pune warehouse, whichever one served your order, and courier cost in both directions is borne by the customer. Your GST invoice is valid proof of purchase for the claim.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number — or email us, if you would rather — and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
