Kessil hit the ball out of the park with their previous refugium lights, and the H160 is no different. Fully controllable through the onboard dials, or the Kessil H-Series Controller. Using Kessil’s Dense Matrix LED technology color balance, and blending is second to none and allows for even and balanced light spread throughout your refugium. Using a quality LED light with a spectrum designed to grow algae can increase the algae nutrient intake, giving a smaller refugium the ability to maintain a larger aquarium.

Dense Matrix LED Technology

Kessil is a leader when it comes to LED lighting technology. With their Dense Matrix LED’s producing a concentrated source of light, and switchable spectrum every wavelength within the spectrum is mixed perfectly allowing even and full growth. Each H160 comes with Kessil’s proprietary blend of LEDs that are packed so close together, they appear like a single chip when illuminated.

Switchable Spectrums

Four individual settings allow for either a Blue, Grow, Bloom, or Red spectrum to help increase your yield and offer the best coloration for your type of algae. You can change between the different spectrums through the built-in dial controls or connect it to any 0-10V controller, like an Apex, or the Kessil H-Series Controller to create daily programs with ever-changing spectrums and intensities. Each spectrum is perfectly blended to offer a full-spectrum that ranges from 380nm all the way up to 780nm.

Mounting Options:

Pair the H160 up with the Kessil Gooseneck for an easy to use tank mounting system. The gooseneck will clamp onto most sumps or tanks and give you ultimate flexibility for the perfect light placement.

Warranty & Support

This product is covered by warranty as per the manufacturer policy, against material and manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

Warranty support is handled by us directly. Message our WhatsApp support with your order number and we will diagnose the fault first. Most cases are solved by replacing a single part, so you rarely need to send the whole unit. If the item does need to come back, it ships to our Delhi warehouse, and courier cost in both directions is borne by the customer. Your GST invoice is valid proof of purchase for the claim.

Setup & Use

An algae and plant light with four spectrum modes, Blue, Grow, Bloom and Red, plus true UV-A and far-red chips. Feed it from the 19V 60W supply. Hang it with the hooks and brackets in the box, or use a Mounting Arm or an A-Series Gooseneck, whose bracket is also included. Kessil gives 18 by 18 inches as the recommended spread and 24 by 24 at most. It takes 0 to 10V control.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or email us if you would rather, and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 48 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
