Flourish Glue is a superior cyanoacrylate gel for attaching moss and plants to rocks, driftwood, and even gravel. It’s uniquely useful when planting bunch plants. Simply apply Flourish Glue, plant as usual and the plants stay rooted in the substrate. It bonds within seconds and has excellent control, hold and durability characteristics. It can even be used underwater. Flourish Glue can be used for any aqua-scaping in freshwater or saltwater aquariums or for any plastics repairs. Flourish Glue comes in an aluminum tube for extended stability beyond products contained in plastic bottles - it won't dry up in the tube.

Compatibility

Not for glass. Seachem exclude it explicitly.

It is a cyanoacrylate gel, and it is the same chemistry as any superglue. Seachem's own label warning: Danger. Bonds skin and eyes in seconds. It is an eye and skin irritant, it must be kept out of the reach of children, and if it gets in an eye the instruction is to rinse with water for 5–10 minutes. Wear gloves, and do not do this over an open tank with your face close to the water.

Safe for fish and shrimp once cured. Cured cyanoacrylate is inert, which is why it can be used underwater in a stocked tank in the first place.

Dosage & Directions

Dispense a small amount before each use, then apply a little to the moss or the plant roots and press it against the surface for 20 seconds. That is the working time — Seachem's number, and it is short enough that you should have the rock in position before you open the tube.

For bunch plants, glue and plant as normal. The glue holds the stems together at the base so they stay put in the substrate instead of floating up over the next week. It is the single most useful thing this product does.

It works underwater. You do not have to drain the tank to attach moss to a piece of hardscape.

Do not use it to stick anything to glass. Seachem's own instruction, in as many words. It is not a repair adhesive for tanks.

Wipe the tip clean before you replace the cap. The aluminium tube is the reason this keeps — Seachem chose it so the gel does not dry out the way it does in a plastic bottle — but a tip glued shut defeats that.

This listing is Seachem item #3116: a 2-pack of 4 g tubes, 8 g in total. Two small tubes rather than one large one is deliberate; cyanoacrylate does not survive being half-used and left for a year.

Freshness & Storage

Every batch we dispatch carries a minimum of 6 months' remaining shelf life. Store this product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap or inner foil closed tightly after each use.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number — or email us, if you would rather — and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
