Seachem Reef Plus

Seachem Reef Plus delivers a broad-spectrum blend of vitamins, trace minerals, amino acids, and fatty acids vital to fish and coral health.

Reef Plus is a full spectrum reef supplement containing trace elements, vitamins, and amino acids demonstrated to have a positive impact on the growth of corals and other desirable reef creatures. Reef Plus is formulated to provide nutrients available from natural tropical reef waters. Contains vitamin B₁₂, vitamin C, thiamine, inositol, choline, iodide, and other essential constituents. Reef Plus is nitrate/phosphate free. Replenishment of a number of trace elements is required to maintain an environment ideal for the growth and reproduction of marine life, but while the importance of trace elements has been recognized by aquarists for many years, the physiological reasons are not fully understood. The chemical elements in seawater are varied, and, likewise their addition to the aquarium in trace quantities has varied effects on a variety of saltwater plant and invertebrate species. In general, though, these elements are important for metabolic processes and pigment formation. Addition of iron, for instance, has been shown to benefit coloring and growth for corals, anenomes, and other photosynthetic animals. Sizes: 250 mL

Other manufacturers vitamin supplements are incomplete, containing only vitamins and trace minerals. Reef Plus contains necessary amino acids in addition to a full complement of trace minerals and high amounts of vitamin C and B complex vitamins. It is so concentrated that it can be effectively used as a food soak for frozen fish foods.

Use 1 capful (5 mL) for each 80 L (20 gallons*) twice a week or as required to maintain coral growth. May also be used in food by mixing 1 mL in about 15 mL (1 tablespoon) of food. Refrigerate after opening.

Compatibility

Marine and reef. It contains no nitrate and no phosphate, and it will not cause an algae bloom, though the organic content can lower redox for a while after dosing — that is expected.

Turn ozone off while dosing: the organics in it are reducing agents and ozone destroys them. Some loss to the skimmer is normal and is allowed for in the dose. Refrigerate after opening.

Freshness & Storage

Every batch we dispatch carries a minimum of 6 months' remaining shelf life. Store this product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap or inner foil closed tightly after each use.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number — or email us, if you would rather — and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
