AquaForest Borium 1000 ml

Supplement contains concentrated boron. It’s involved in calcium metabolism, accelerates the growth of coralline algae and coral skeletons, but also improves coloration. Maintaining proper level of boron increases the production of red phyto-pigments leading to more intense coloring of zooxanthellae corals (yellow, orange and red ones). Dosage: 20 ml of the product increases the boron level by 1 mg/l (ppm) in 100 liters (27 US gal) of water. Recommended level of boron in aquarium water is 4.05 – 5.00 mg/l (ppm). Dosage should be based on micro elements consumption. Note, that each aquarium is different and final dosage depends on the coral cast and individual aquarium needs. Both, deficiency and excess micro nutrients will affect aquarium inhabitants, therefore dosage should be selected and modified on the basis of regular Aquaforest Lab water tests.
