ISTA Coral Frag plug 10 pcs

ISTA Ceramic Coral Frag Plugs are specially designed with qualities. This plug resembles a small one legged table. The peg in the bottom is designed to fit nicely into eggcrate, it will also fit nicely into a small crevice or holes in your live rock as future resting places for our frag plugs and it also looks more natural then aragocrete. Reef Plugs are designed to support Acropora, Montipora Digitata and other thin branchy species of coral.

Specifications

What it is. Ceramic coral frag plugs (ISTA item E-E10) shaped like a small one-legged table — the peg on the underside is sized to seat into standard reef eggcrate, or into a crevice or hole in live rock.

Why the shape. The table shape gives a frag a flat, stable mounting surface while still looking like part of the reef rather than an obvious man-made peg — ISTA position it as more natural-looking than a plain aragocrete plug.

What it’s for. Mounting Acropora, Montipora digitata and other thin, branching coral frags while they attach and grow.

Pack. 10 plugs per pack. ISTA doesn’t publish a material/size spec sheet for this part beyond the above — if you need an exact peg diameter for a specific eggcrate, ask and we’ll confirm with the supplier rather than estimate it.

Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and sale-priced items are not refundable.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or email us if you would rather, and we will replace it. Approved replacements are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Transit damage is covered by insurance on every shipment. If tracking shows delivered but nothing reached you, tell us within 72 hours, which is the reporting window Indian couriers allow. Damage caused during installation or use is not covered; replacement spares for such cases are chargeable.
