Size: 5 Litres & 10 Litres Grain size: 3 - 4 mm JAPANESE ACTIVE TROPICAL SOIL For healthy and full growth, the plant roots needs a porous and soft sub-strata. E'quo, after various studies and research, has selected a tropical soil which gives the aquarium the optimal physical characteristics for root growth. TERRABRUNA also contains numerous micro and macro nutrients. Thanks to the extremely high capacity for exchange it is able to absorb the various cations from the water, including: Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, Ammonia and others, slowly releasing these to the plant roots, therefore favoring a healthy and rigorous growth. USE It can be used alone or used in conjunction with substrate VIGOR e/o VIGOR PLUS. After having covered the bottom of the aquarium with the fertilizing substrata VIGOR, spread TERRA BRUNA soil in order to have a bed of at least 4/6 cm at the front of the tank and 8/10cm at the back. Cover all with a sheet of foil and pour in water slowly in order to avoid that the two layers mix. As TERRA BRUNA absorbs a fraction of dissolved salts in the water (KH and GH) during the first month, it is good practice to verify the saline concentration during this period. If necessary supplement with STABILO KH+ and INTEGRA GH+.
